1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or using BriefLab in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.
2. What BriefLab provides
BriefLab is a software tool that uses artificial intelligence to generate UGC (user-generated content) marketing materials, including creator briefs, video scripts, hook variations, image prompts, and content calendars, based on information you provide about your product or brand.
3. Accounts
You must provide an accurate email address to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity that happens under your account. Let us know immediately at hello@brieflab.app if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Plans, billing, and cancellation
The Free plan includes a limited number of generations at no cost. The Pro plan is billed monthly at the price shown at checkout and renews automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard; cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund the current billing period unless required by law or at our discretion.
5. AI-generated content
Content produced by BriefLab is generated using artificial intelligence and is provided as a starting point for your marketing efforts. We do not guarantee that the content will be free of errors, perfectly accurate, or suitable for every use case. You are responsible for reviewing and editing generated content before publishing it publicly or sending it to creators, and for ensuring it complies with applicable advertising laws and platform guidelines.
6. Ownership of generated content
You own the content packages generated for your account and may use them for your own marketing purposes. BriefLab retains no ownership claim over the specific output generated for you, though the underlying software, prompts, and technology remain the property of BriefLab.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use BriefLab to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, infringing on third-party rights, or intended to deceive or harm consumers. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
8. Limitation of liability
BriefLab is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including losses related to marketing campaigns built using generated content.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of BriefLab after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
