We collect your email address when you create an account, the product brief details you enter when generating a campaign, and basic usage data such as login activity. If you upgrade to Pro, payment is processed by Flutterwave — we do not store your full card details.
2. How we use your data
Your data is used to operate your account, generate your content packages, process payments, and save your campaign history so you can access it later. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Third-party services
BriefLab uses Supabase for account authentication and database storage, Google's Gemini API to generate content packages, and Flutterwave to process payments. Each of these providers processes data according to their own privacy policies.
4. Data retention
We keep your account and campaign data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is removed from our systems within a reasonable period.
5. Your rights
You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing hello@brieflab.app.
6. Security
We use industry-standard practices including encrypted connections and access-controlled databases to protect your data. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to safeguard your information.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected with an updated date at the top of this page.
